GUMI-GAN-OK CHAEK ("Book of Cracked Jade") is the holy text of the Tcho Tcho people. There are few written copies of this codex, mainly because of the dire curse of the "printed word" on any sacred knowledge of the People. The tome for eons was in the form of a selected individual, who, of divine origins within their bloodline, physically and spiritually embodied long gathered learnings passed down through the ages. The selected one was usually the person, like a "Sin Eater", who ate the previous living book.
Thousands of years ago, the Tcho Tcho moved in an exodus-like departure, reasons shrouded in ancient mystic mists, from Central Asia. Some ended up in what is now called Myanmar. The Holy Lama of legend Yian-ho went with the Indo-Chinese (or they with him) grouping. The Grand Shaman-Queen Zee Rei lead the other main group westward through mountainous regions down through the Korean peninsula, finally, settling on the mysterious volcano created isle Tamla (currently called Jeju Island).
The curse had the effect that any word-smith that puts the tome down in writing suddenly "disappears" never to be heard from again. Under Queen Rei, a final copy was created by the legendary Poet/Scribe Mor Jam-dou. Said copy was eventually recreated several times with, most recently, Koh Rei-am attempting versions in English for the Tcho Tcho spread throughout areas like the United States of America.
While Lloigor and Zhar remain the primary Great Old Ones worshiped and their knowledge/teachings its main focus, there are passages and "chapters" concerning others. Such as:
That which is swallowed Living
It will return Alive
And
That which is eaten Dead
It will return to Serve.
SHATHAK, "Death Reborn"
